How long does a service take?
It depends on your pet's coat, condition and comfort level.
Small breeds (Shih Tzu, Maltese ect) take 1-1.5 hours
Larger breeds ( St Poodles, Doodles ect.) take 1.5-2+ hours.

Do you offer special services for cats?
Yes, we provide specialized grooming services for cats as well. From bathing to nail trimming, our experienced groomers are trained to handle feline grooming needs with care, ensuring a stress-free experience for your furry friend.
What can I expect during a grooming session?
During a grooming session, our team will assess your pet’s needs, which includes bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. We'll provide updates throughout the process to ensure comfort and satisfaction for both you and your pet.
What areas do you service?
We're excited to serve Thurston County, WA, and the surrounding areas, including McCleary, Shelton, Roy, DuPont, and Oakville! Our team is to providing outstanding service to these fantastic communities.
Can I book my pets grooming appointment online?
Online booking is only available to returning customers.
If you are a new customer please fill out the New Customer Form found on the home page. I will be in touch within 48 hours.
Do you groom aggressive pets?
Yes, however we will never push a pet or the groomer over their comfort zone. Your pets safety as well as ours will always be the top priority.
If we safely can not groom your pet we will recommend some steps to be followed or refer you to a vet.

New customers will need to fill out the New Customer form. I will call you back in 48 hours.
Returning Customers or customers with appointments are highly encouraged to text. Voicemails are not checked or returned daily.
